Which 4K monitor should I use with my xbox one x. Either a 24, 27 or 32 inch monitor with 1 ms response time and freesink.

You want to aim for the best response time when looking for a monitor to game on. From what I saw that moniter has a response time of 4ms which isn’t too bad for the price and the resolution you are getting. If you plan on using a One S with it then you’ll
be able to use the Xbox at 2160p resolution. Keep in mind though you won’t be gaming in native 4K because only the Xbox One X supports this. You will still be able to stream Netflix in 4K and other apps that support 4K

Bought it about 2 years ago on Amazon at £300,

and i now only game on it than using my Samsung 50" 4k HDR TV for which i will now only connect my Xbox one X to, to watch 4k blu-ray movies,

I'm looking at upgrading at somepoint for the Scarlett to get a monitor that is at least

28" display+,

4k+,

120hz+,

HDR,

1ms,

Freesync,

Its not really a TV, i found that TV's generally have a slower response time than monitors, so i went for a

Dell U2718Q 27" UHD (3840 x 2160) 4K UltraSharp Professional 4K HDR Monitor.

Also because my fiance tends to use my 49" TV in the lounge for the Xbox One to watch Netflix.

I'm getting this exact error when trying to switch my Xbox One X to 4k as well. No switch though for me. Just hdmi to 4k monitor. (LG 4k 27inch ips UHD monitor)

What's weird is it was working fine up until now with 4k resolution, and now it's not working. Which would make you jump to say monitor but I have a high end gaming computer and can run 4k on the monitor just fine (yes i know 4k is 2160p resolution and I
promise it's that on the PC).

Now I can never go 4k unfortunately. I hope it's not the Xbox one X but I think it is by process of elimination of unfortunately, I've read things on other forums where people have had issues with 4k with the Xbox One X as well and the xbox tech support
attributed it to "main board failure".

Hopefully we can get an official response on this!!
