Where's the Spotify Offer?

I've seen this asked a number of times, both here and on Spotify.

For the life of me, I could not figure out how to do a virtual chat with an agent, and I guess they like it that way.

I am tech savvy, and signed up for the Microsoft Xbox Game Pass Ultimate trial. Also or the EA subscription trial, which BTW, worked flawlessly.

Before the end of my trial I posted in this forum or with an Xbox gamer or probably both that said I would receive this magic code from Microsoft in my Inbox. Then, one person recommended that it may happen after the trial, which made sense to me.

Now the trial has ended, my card was charged $14.99, oh, I mean, $16.07 on 5-Apr.

I've not seen a code the entire time, in Spam or anything else for this offer.

Is this valid or not?

6 months of premium spotify has value to me and I cancelled my Amazon Unlimited recently to take advantage of this offer.

So, to summarize:

1-5-2020: Trial Offer, charged $1.08, order 2173221424.

4-5-2020: 2nd charge, offer expired, $16.07. order 4ee750bf-ee74-4740-ae79-b6a6cdf237ac

So is there a Spotify offer or not? Spotify says Microsoft Xbox Game Pass must send this, not them.

Thanks for reaching out to the forum. We understand you have a question on a previous promotion. Unfortunately, at this time there is nothing that can be done. The promotion ended on Jan. 6, 2020. All recipients had two weeks after the promotion to submit
they did not receive the promotion. Which would put it at Jan 20 2020. We are truly sorry for any inconvenience. As there is nothing we can do for this issue, I will be locking this thread.

Have you ever had Spotify Premium before or taken advantage of other free Spotify Premium offers? I believe that the Spotify Premium offer is for new users and users who are on the free version but have never tried o4 upgraded to premium before.

Spotify has offered 6 month free options in the past however all of the ones I checked in Google Search have expired and don't connect to any relevant pages on the Spotify web site. Maybe that is why you only see the 3 month offer now via the GamePass offer.

You don't specify how or where you saw the 6 month offer advertised (email, radio ad, etc) so keep in mind that some 6 month free offers may be contingent on being a member of some other business (eg Chase Bank customer, Samsung) so double check that information
to see where/how to redeem that offer and/or whether it is still available since every deal that I've seen has an expiry date.

Spotify offer is only available in certain regions, specifically usa and uk, I think, and there are other eligibility criteria, which can be found at the link below
