    Im extremely unhappy with Microsoft at the moment. I purchased my Xbox one x over a month the ago at full price with no promotions and now you're giving away free games ?? I've been a loyal Microsoft Windows / Xbox customer for years and would like to know
    if there's anything anyone can do for me? Even one of the current free games that are being given away would be sastifying, but it's not fair that I paid full price, purchased and extra controller and paid for 3 games.

    so I've signed up to live rewards, have gold live, have over 14000 gamer score and definitely put the right date for my birthday, but i still don't have my birthday reward? for those who are wondering- yes my birthday is in May, so where's my reward? :S

    You're better off contacting support and resolving this directly. However, I would not be surprised if they say no. Your incentive to purchase a new product was the product itself and you purchased it full well knowing you would not be getting a free game
    with it. Microsoft does not owe you anything so it is likely you will be told they will not be giving you a free game.

  5. I appreciate the positivity! I already contacted customer support and they told me to post in the forum and my request would be addressed promptly. Assuming you don't work for Microsoft, then I'm still awaiting an actual response.

    If you purchased your Xbox One X from the Online Microsoft Store, you're better off calling directly to get a live person to assist you instead of waiting 2+ days for a possible response to a forum post.

    If you purchased your Xbox One X from a retailer (Ex: Best Buy or Gamestop) then you will need to contact their Customer Support to resolve the issue. Unfortunately, I am unable to provide a link to each retailers contact information due to the vast quantity
    of retailers.

    In regards to you assuming I am not an employee, that is a correct. I am a part of the Xbox Ambassadors program which is a volunteer program where players can assist their fellow players with issues. More information on this program

    If they informed you to post here then they were likely misinformed as it is fairly easy for topic to get lost through the cracks with so many being posted every day.

    Loyalty, loyalty loyaty. Why do you keep mentioning your loyalty? It had nothing to do with loyalty. That is what people are not understanding. And you favor a version of the giveaway that would reward you. Seems a little selfish
