    So I paid for the 25th anniversary addition of 2k24 but it making me download the cheapest version of it. I need help either getting my money back or getting the version I paid for.

    There is only one version of the game regardless of which one you buy, everything that makes it the special edition is a separate DLC.

    You have to download those assets separately

    • If you return your purchase or do not redeem your Bonus Content before December 1, 2023, you will not receive your NBA League Pass code.
    • Code for NBA League Pass must be redeemed by December 31, 2023. Any codes for NBA League Pass not redeemed by such date will be void.
    • To receive your 12-month NBA League Pass, you will need to do the following.
      • Install your digital edition of NBA 2K24 25th Anniversary Edition and launch the game on your console or PC.

    Where are some games I paid for?

    Try finding the games in the Xbox store, and see if it says install instead of buy. Sometimes games disappear from the library due to a bug with the software on the console. Usually it fixes itself after a few days. You want to make sure that you are also using the same account on the console that you used to purchase the games.
