Wheres my Season pass?

Codes from Gamestop/Amazon for the season pass are not applying yet- Microsoft cannot fix- the 1st DLC doesn't come out until 2/21/17 so hopefully its fixed by then

Can't download Final Fantasy season pass.

This didn't really address the issue, especially with the above stated DLC 1 coming next Thursday, and without the season pass installed we will be missing out on content

 

I've redeemed all the codes I got including the survival dlc and nothing appears

 

I noticed that on my PC RE7 season pass is available to download, but on the X1 It's asking me to purchase it as well. Hopefully things are fixed by the time the DLC drops.

 

Spoke for a couple of hours yesterday with a Customer Support rep who constantly re-assured me that it "was working and activated correctly" (in regards to both the pre-order DLC and the Season Pass). Both activated via Xbox.com, neither appearing on as
available on my Xbox One, but both appearing as activated/bought if I look up their PC counterparts on the Windows 10 Store.

Blind guess; at the moment, PC and Xbox One product listings for these products are not linked as they should be (despite being Play Anywhere) and all codes distributed by the likes of Amazon and GameStop are currently only activating the Windows 10 versions
of the products.

 

The codes are for the windows 10 season pass so yes, they really do need to fix this before the first dlc drops

Sorry to see any issues with your Season Pass. There are a couple situations going on with that, and I'd like to clarify what's up. I switched your post to Support for clarity here.

First, if you ordered the Deluxe Edition of Resident Evil 7 from the Xbox Store and did not have to redeem a token for the Season Pass content, you should have the entitlement for the Season Pass without issue. You can tell this by going to the product page
for the
Season Pass. As with most recent games now, you will not see the Season Pass in your ready to install until content comes out for it. At that time, you will be able to install the content through Resident Evil 7's Manage game section.

However, if you redeemed a code for the Season Pass instead, it will look like you need to purchase it separately when you click that link above. That is something we are currently working on with the proper teams. We will keep you updated on the situation
as we get new details to share in
this sticky.

Lastly, the Survival Packs. We are aware that they are not showing up after redeeming the code and also actively working on that. Updates for that will also be in the above sticky.

Hopefully this puts your minds at ease to know that we've got your back right now. We do not work weekends here on the forums, so if you notice a change over the weekend but don't see an update from us, that would be why. Please post in here if you're all
sorted out, though! We appreciate your patience while we dig into this for you all.

I've been affected by both issues sadly :/

Four of my survival packs (Shotgun Set, Handgut Set, Burner Set and Action Set) aren't downloading even though I redeemed the codes successfully and they don't show up in my read-to-install list of RE7. Only the Recovery Set and the Chemfluid Set is working.

My Season Pass code was purchased from Amazon (Germany) but after redeeming it it still asks me to buy the Season Pass when I view it in the Xbox Store.

I hope this gets resolved quickly especially the issue with the Survival Packs because I want to be able to use them before finishing the game...

 

Your post is more reassuring than anything I've heard from Xbox Chat Support or Capcom Support over the past week so hopefully the issue is resolved before February 21st. I'm also having issues with the Xbox store wanting to charge me for the season pass
but my PC says I own it. Which makes no sense because the code I redeemed was clearly for the Xbox season pass.

 

I appreciate the warm welcomes, guys! We know how frustrating these situations can be, and I can say that we are still working on it. The symptoms you guys are describing are very much what others are running into.

While I don't have any new information to share on my end, we will keep you updated for sure. Since you guys are a mix of issues in here, I'll post up if either one is resolved, point out the sticky that I will update when that happens, and continue updating
you guys on the other situation if it still isn't resolved.

I know you're not directly investigating the issue but is there an ETA for when the season pass issue will be fixed? I think most people are hoping for it to be solved be February 21st as that's when the first DLC releases for Xbox. One thing I noticed since
it gave me the season pass on my PC instead of on the Xbox store, is that Resident Evil 7 and its season pass on the windows store are listed under a different developer than the Xbox version. Not sure if that helps but it could be stopping the game and it's
season pass from working with the Xbox one.

 

Unfortunately, no ETA. While you're correct, I'm not directly involved in the investigation, my team does get updates directly. As soon as I know, as long as it's not on a weekend day, I will post an update for you guys. We are hoping that it will be resolved
quickly. I do wish I had more information on an ETA for you guys.

I want to thank you again for your patience. If you head over to the
Season Pass page for RE7, you should see that it is no longer asking you to pay for it. You will not be able to download it on your console because of the way season passes work now, however you will have access to the content as it comes out.

Additionally, all of your Survival Packs should now be showing up.

Thanks for the update! Everything is working fine for me now I downloaded my Survival Packs and the Season Pass shows up as already owned when I view it in the store. Glad this was fixed before the Banned Footage DLC is released
