ive been a member of the rewards system since 2013 ive only received 2500 but even them have not been given to me even though I press button. I am owed over 4 years of Xbox live rewards ,plus in game purchases and aceivement points .i rang

The requirement for the first level of Warrior Rewards, from our FAQ:

• Level 1: SHARPEN YOUR BLADE (UNLOCKS LEVEL 3) — Earn 5,000 Rewards Credits for spending at least $60 before tax on eligible Games on Demand titles like For Honor, Lords of the Fallen, and Dragon Age Inquisition in the
  Xbox Store, and battle-worthy movies* and TV shows* like The Hobbit: Battle of the Five Armies, Last of the Mohicans, and Vikings from Microsoft Movies & TV.

Since you have only spent 59.99 for this offer, it did not complete automatically. We will adjust this missing change for you, but in the future, be sure to read the FAQ for the requirement of the offer. Similarly, from the FAQ for Ghost Recon:
