    Where's my reward? I've waited 96+ hours.


    I posted the other day and have waited the 96 hours like I was informed to do so I am inquiring as to why my reward for the Arcane bundle in Path of Exile hasnt showed up yet. Thanks in advance.

    Keep in mind it takes about 96 hours for the program to recognize purchases. So it would be too soon to see anything pending.

    Hello some fr0otcake,

    From the FAQ:

    When and how will I receive my Reward?



    Once you’ve completed your required purchase(s) for the game, come back to the FREEdom Rewards page and sign in to your Xbox Live Rewards account. You should see a button that appears by the completed
    offer that will prompt you to redeem your Reward and that will take you to a page where all of your prize tokens will be listed. Please note that it can take up to 96 hours after the offer has been successfully completed for it to appear on the site.

    Since it has not been 96 hours from your purchase, it is too soon for that purchase to be Rewarded. If you do not see any progress after 96 hours, let us know!

    Apologies for the inconvenience. There was an issue with our source for purchase data that resulted in us being unable to receive purchase information past January 22nd. This issue was recently resolved and that information has started to come in. You should
    see your offer progress appropriately shortly. Since we receive purchases with the date you made the purchase and not when we receive it, once this issue is resolved, the offer should progress as expected. Again, we apologize for any inconvenience caused by
    this delay. We see that you now have a token awaiting redemption on the FREEdom prize page, accessible from the FREEdom Rewards offer page.

    It's 48 hours. 96 hours was the timetable the Xbox Rewards program used when it was around, but the Microsoft Rewards program runs differently.

    It takes us up to 96 hours to receive and process new activity. Since your last two purchases were made yesterday, they have not yet been processed to progress that offer. This is why our FAQ states a 96 hour waiting period:

    When will I receive my Rewards Credits?

    After you have completed the offer, your Rewards Credits will appear as pending within 96 hours.

    Remember that points are rewarded in 96 hours...

    So i suggest to wait... but, if the time is already gone, try to contact the official support ;)
    96 hours was how long it took for rewards credits to show pending in the Xbox Rewards program. The Microsoft Rewards program does not work the same way. Also, Xbox support does not handle either program.
