Where's my Premium?

I bought my 1 year premium about a 10 month ago and it was great, and now it's gone! i don't like ads and i paid to get rid of it! why should i watch it then? What the **** is going on? Or it's now 10 months premium instead of 1 year premium? I need an answer

Hey. I've already done it all yesterday. No updates needed, everything is fine. Troubleshooter said there's maybe some problem with windows store cash, but it couldn't fix it. Command WSReset.exe didn't help either. Still no premium.

 

I answered 18 hours ago! Is anybody working here at all?
