Wheres my order?

I ordered a personalized xbox controller and switched just enough cash on my cashapp to pay for it. Well the Microsoft store charged me 3 times, thankfully 2 were declined since I only put what it cost because I wouldn't have been able to return it since
I engraved it. Anyway it said that my order didnt process and it's not on my order history, nor did I receive an email. Anyone else have this problem?
