    I bought a 3 month gold membership yesterday and put it in through the code and it only worked a couple hours then disconnected me from xbox live and reconnected me but now im a free member how do i fix this?

    My total Xbox rewards earnings is 3000 but I only received 1000!where is the other 2000!

    You should also check commerce.microsoft.com for the account that you believe the membership and game to belong to. If they are not there then perhaps they were purchased from a different account.

    If you still cannot find anything after that then you should follow the steps above. Here is the link for you again.

    you could just select account under your gamertag in the top right of this page and it will show your memberships and the option to cancle is right on the middle of the page where it says my memberships.

    Home screen.

    Go the My games & apps.

    On the left hand side go down to Memberships.

    Just go to the Xbox Gold Membership.

    Go into that and your expire date should show there where close the where you can redeem codes or buy subscription again.

    Hope this helps a bit. Not that good with explaining where to go and such. Best of luck bud.
