    Where's my Halo Wars: DE code?


    I bought the Halo Wars 2 Ultimate Edition and still haven't received my code to play the Definitive Edition. Why does it take so long to just send me a code? Is there any way to expedite this process?

    Halo Wars: Definitive Edition codes are sent within 7 to 10 days of a pre-order/purchase of Halo Wars 2: Ultimate Edition and sent to your Xbox Live Messages for redemption. If you've still not seen the message after 10 days, you'll want to create a new
    post here in the Sales & promotions forums for additional help. There is no way to expedite the process of codes being sent. For more information on how the codes are sent, you'll want to take a look at the store page for the details.
