Where's my credits ?

I have purchased both premium editions of FIFA 18 and COD WWii digitally but I have received no reward points for these purchases. How come ?

Made a deposit request on 1/31/18.. made another one on 2/8/18...still no credit...what's going on...please help.. thanks

In order to receive credits, your purchases either have to be eligible for a specific offer on the site at the time or you need at least 1 star level in order to receive VIP rebates.

There are currently no offers for FIFA. If you preordered COD on or after October 1, it would count as a punch towards your games on demand punchcard. You would need 2 other eligible purchases to complete that offer and receive credits.

You can earn Xbox Live Rewards Credit in two ways:

1. By finishing the offers located on the MyMissions page at
https://rewards.xbox.com/mymissions/ .

-or-

2. For non-offer purchases, you can earn Credits by earning a one star MyVIP level through purchasing at least $300 USD or regional equivalent of eligible content. After you receive your first star you will begin to earn a percentage of your eligible purchases
back as MyVIP payback Rewards Credit. Pre-orders, in-game consumables, and subscriptions are not eligible for MyVIP.

Since your purchases were pre-orders that were not completing any offer, they did not award any Credits.

Credits are deposited into your account by the following 15th or 30th of the month after you have at least 5,000 pending. So generally if you get to 5,000 between the 1st and 15th, they are deposited by the 30th. If you get to 5,000 between the 15th and
30th, they are deposited by the 15th of the next month.

If those credits have been pending since after March 1, they would be scheduled for deposit on March 29.

When will my MyVIP Rewards Credits be deposited into my Microsoft account?

The total Rewards earned will be calculated at the end of each month. Typically you'll receive your MyVIP earnings in your account by the 15th of the following month, though this is subject to the program's current deposit terms.
Be sure to keep an eye on MyStatement on the MyRewards page to track your progress and watch your Rewards Credits total grow!

We have not yet calculated the month's MyVIP, so it is too early to see the Credits pending.
