Where's my confirmation email?

On Oct 1 I bought Blood Bowl 2. On Oct 5th, I requested a refund. I was supposed to receive a confirmation email which I could use to check the status of my refund among other things. It is now Oct 12. I still have yet to receive any email communication
regarding my refund request. I would like to know if my game has been or will be or even can be refunded or not.

I also cannot re-requst a refund. Going to my order history only shows that I put in a request for a refund and the option to request a refund is grayed out and unselectable.

Any assistance would be appreciated.

check all your email folders including Junk/Spam in case it is there.

if there is no email from Xbox or Microsoft Store then contact support.

go to https://support.xbox.com/en-US/contact-us

Select Billing & accounts in the category area

Select See other options

Select Payment and Billing

Select Show contact options

Select Request a call from Support

Using the usb flashdrive appears to be working for me. Got to where im actualyl setting up personal settings. Currently waiting on a email confirmation for my xbox live account.

There are numerous confirmation emails that we never received!!! VERY annoying!!! My son has three games he has signed up to play and cant because I can't confirm the email address!!!!! he's not a happy camper!!!
