    ok so I bought the "Hennessey venom gt" today on forza horizon 3 and when I was done the game crashed. When I got back on the game, my 1.2 million credits I bought the car for were gone and I did not get my car and I've been calling people from Microsoft
    all day and this is what they told me to do. I don't know what happened but I worked alot for those credits to get that car and I'm really upset.

    How did you make the purchase? In order to qualify for that offer, the purchase has to be made using currency from your Microsoft account balance. Credit card/PayPal purchases are not eligible.

    If you did make the purchase using currency, the credits should show as pending about 96 hours after the purchase.

    Since the purchase was made by credit card, it was not eligible for that offer.

    I know you don't. There's countless other players just like you that don't understand. You pay $60 or more for the game, with real money, but then you have to buy the cars in-game with virtual money, and everyone is fine with that. Then you buy DLC cars
    with real money and for some reason expect you shouldn't have to purchase them in-game with virtual money. Buying DLC cars works just like buying them off the disc, and there's no logic behind expecting otherwise. Whether it's cars on the disc or DLC cars,
    you buy both with real money first and then again with credits. There's no reason expecting them to work differently.

    Where are my DLC Cars?

    From the main menu go to: Career -> Cars -> Buy Cars. You will see the DLC cars from the car packs you purchased in this menu and then can purchase them for use in the game with in-game credits.

    Yeah, but you don't know what you're talking about because you're clueless. The 200 cars that were on the disc were bought with real money, too, so did you expect to have access to all of those without any restrictions?

    Sorry should have been more cool with my comments. Are you saying that I buy a DLC pack and THEN have to buy the cars again via Career Mode? I had thought I purchase the cars and could use them immediately but the only cars I see are the gifted cars, which
    make me buy them. I would have thought when I buy cars I can use them in the game, Free Play and Career, but none of them show up in My Garage and not sure how to find or use them?
