WHERES MY ACCOUNT?

Same thing happened to me when i booted up my xbox tonight, it was working just fine yesterday but today it acted like it was reset to factory settings, I made a bunch of accounts on it and don't know an email to sign into the account, I know the gamertag
and password but not the email, SO Frusterating!!!!

Thank you for taking the time to post this on the Xbox Forums. We understand that you are currently experiencing difficulties with being able to sign into your account.

If you are unable to identify the email that you are signing into your account with, you should be able to see it via the
Sign-in, security & passkey. This additionally lets you

show it on your Home screen whenever you are logged in.

This can be done by following these simple steps:

1. Press the Xbox button to open the guide.
   
2. Select System > Settings.
   
3. Select Account > Sign-in,
   security & passkey.
4. Uncheck the box next to Show on Home.

Hey! This is usually a case of logging in online with a different Microsoft Account than the one attached to your main profile. If by "verify" you mean that you entered a code sent to that email address when signing in to your account, you'll need to login
with the original email, not the one it sends the code to.

Are you able to access the profile on an Xbox console? If so, try the following steps (for Xbox 360) to find the Microsoft account attached to your profile:

1. Go to Settings on your dashboard and select Account.
2. Scroll right to Your Information and select Account Security.
3. The Microsoft account associated with your Xbox Live account is shown.

If you're not able to access the profile on a console, try logging in with any other Microsoft Account you can remember using in the past and seeing if your original profile is displayed. If that doesn't work, your best bet will be to
contact Xbox Support so they can help track it down for you.

Are you 1000% sure you actually used the email assosciated with your gamertag? You wouldn't have been able to setup a new gamertag if you'd been in the proper sign in area. Check the instructions here for how to sign in on a new console, or recover your
account if you've forgotten your details.

From the FAQ on Vault Credits:

I claimed Rewards Credits from the vault. When will I receive them?

If you claim Rewards Credits from the MyVIP Vault, they should appear as pending in your account within 96 hours. Once they are pending in your account, the normal deposit process kicks in. Generally if you have over 5,000 Rewards Credits pending in your
account in the first half of any given month, that amount will be converted to your local currency and deposited into your Microsoft account on or around the 30th of that same month. If the Credits show as pending in the second half of the month, that amount
will be deposited into your Microsoft account on or around the 15th of the next month.

Please note you need at least 5,000 Rewards Credits pending to automatically trigger a deposit, though you can request a deposit for the next scheduled date as long as you have 1,000 Credits pending. Also, if you have ongoing issues with us depositing
into your account, such as your account not matching up with your billing location, you might want to consider choosing a different prize from the vault, as we won’t be able to deliver your Rewards Credits until the deposit issue is resolved.
