    Where's an update on the sign-in issues???


    It's been nearly 8 hrs since the last update concerning the signing in issue!! When will this be fixed?? Also, why was I sign-out abruptly when everything was fin since this morning?? Pretty sure everyone is fed up with waiting in the dark about this.

    Attempting to access my profile on a new xbox.

    Well it seems that since I made this thread Microsoft posted an update that has fixed the issue. When I turned the xbox on it updated and went straight to the main screen where I was able to properly dowload and sign into my profile. Thank you for your assistance.

    Upon checking on my system You are having this issue system update which is the COPPA, It's a system update where you need to sign in and give your child a permission for the parental emai. However this issue needs to be escalated because in your case you
    are not part of it. It' is only for United states and you are in United kingdom is that correct?

    and incase it may be part of an update issue, the last time that it was updated was december 18th, 2018, around 11:25 PM, and for future notice, the tab where you can reset your console will also not load. I really need some help here, i've been trying
    to sign in for two and a half hours now.
