    Where to start training?


    Hi All,

    I haven't trained for a while, (actually 10 years), lately I've purchased the Xbox one (especially for the fitness), now I want to start training but, where do I start? there are so many training programs, P90X, Insanity and etc.

    What is the right program for me? (I'm a rusty, really fat [287 lbs] with a lot of enthusiasm)...

    I'd love your advice on my problem.

    Where to start training?

    I would start with the free content, drop money on it once you get hooked. There are a lot of 10-minute workouts which will have you sweat when you're just starting out too. If those start to become boring, try the MOSSA workouts.

    within the free content , try everything once - you'll start earning stamps-it gets addictive ! , you get a feel for what your endurance is , what different styles you like , what you hate , and whats available . If you hardly raise a sweat in a 10 minute
    video , start to do a few in a row , if you have the stamina for 2-3 10 minute videos then the mossa fight videos at 30 minutes are fantastic calorie burning workouts that are fun but will leave you in a lather of sweat . Mossa groove isn't as intense and
    is a lot more forgiving Kinect wise but is also a fun cheesy cardiac workoutand a good introduction longer workout . If you have the stamina for a mossa fight workout and want to get into building muscle , toning , and losing weight then paying fro the p90x
    for xbox 5 workouts would be a good step also . If only burning fat is your goal , and you have the stamina and endurance for it ( I would say - can you do 2 x mossa fight workouts back to back ) then insanity is for you. keep coming back to it , don't
    get disheartened by a poor first try-( all of it gets easier with time and practice ) or minor Kinect issues , and graduallly build up your exercise tolerance, the gamification of fitness makes getting fit on xbox addictive if you are wired this way and this
