    Xbox Live Perma Ban (Unban)

    is it possible to unban an account as mine was marketplace fraud for things a hacker did. I have the account for like 5 years now and all the account on it is gone. can you report the account enough for the ban to be overwritten and cancelled. If so can you please report Pro5ebsterHD on xbox it would really help me out with the ban thanks.

    New Dashboard issues (preview member)

    both triggers +y to refresh your dash. Log out of your account sign in to another account the hard reboot. Once u reboot log into your regular account. This should force the Xbox to refresh the Xbox live data that has become stale. If it does not report the bug to the Xbox team.

    I have been communication banned for the second time now

    All information about any enforcement action can be found by signing into the account at enforcement.xbox.com

    If the suspension is eligible you would also be able to file for a case review.

    This is where you will have a chance to appeal your suspension and the enforcement team will reinvestigate the report and determine if they can lift the suspension sooner.

    Help My account doesn't deserve it

    Unfortunately you are responsible for any actions that happen on your account.

    The only way though that you would get a suspension is if someone reports the action and then the enforcement team will investigate the report and if there was a violation of the COC then that's when they put the suspension on the account.

    If no one reports it then there will be no suspension.
