    Xbox one returned from repair scratched...

    Taking into account most people only give feedback when something is wrong, and they're quiet and content when things are going smoothly... it is weird that so many people have bad experiences with Microsoft's customer services. lol

    Where is the customer services based? Is it some poor place in India or something, filled with people who find it really hard to sympathise with our first-world problems of slightly tarnished luxury items, so they get a bit douchey when they hear us whining
    about it or... what?

    If so, might be better for company image if you uh, localise the customer service Microsoft. [XD

    Those type of feedback has to be done via survey if you receive one which is random

    You can here on the forums, or you can go to any support, go through it, and say it worked, it will pull up a survey.. You can put any notes in there that you want.. But you cannot survey that specific agent or ambassador without contacting them again, and
    the chances are very slim you will get them again.

    (PC/Xbox From Steam) Forza Horizon 5, over a year long bug, no fixes and support ignoring and not even bothering to guide and help

    ANd to add, as they refuse to give support: They close the tickets and deny anykind of feedback response as well, giving a very aweful customer service.

    No, in fact they listen to customer feedback.

    That's how the Xbox One became backwards compatible.

    However, they are running a business. So while "I want free stuff" can be seen as "customer feedback", it's not a viable business decision to give out more free stuff because customer want free stuff.

    Also: You do NOT want to be a Xbox customer, by not paying for a service. Why would Xbox want to listen to feedback, if they get nothing in return from you by following that feedback?

    With the feedback about backwards compatibility, they saw the opportunity of people buying more games (or buying the Xbox One in the first place) when they follow that customer feedback.

    So they DO listen to customer feedback, as long as it allows them to run a profitable business.
