    My son formatted the hd that contained the XBOX360 games, now I don't find the games anymore, there is some way to get the games that are no longer available in the microsoft store.

    Make sure you are using the same account used for the original purchase. You can find all the games and apps you own that are available to download to your Xbox One console in My games
    & apps    . though only games listed in the backward compatible list will work.

    If you are using a Xbox 360, keep trying as it is the only way to find the games.

    If you are using a Xbox One, then follow what julosjc said.

    If you own the games, then log in with the account that was used to purchase the games, then goto settings - account - download history, and from there you should be able to download all the games you own including the ones that are no longer available
    from the store.

    Hi there! Sorry to hear about your issue.

    Technically, the game is still available on Xbox. The issue here is that the game is no longer available for purchase through Microsoft/Xbox Store.

    Your best option here is to find a legitimate reseller or retailer (Gameshop) where they sell this game in a form of redeemable code to be redeemed into your account to acquire its license digitally.
