Where to buy original xbox one 220 V power adaptor

You should be able to order a replacement Xbox One powersupply from the
devicesupport.microsoft.com website. Just register your console then select "Manage" and "Replace an accessory" after that follow the onscreen instructions by filling in your address and info etc...

Then select you want a replacement powersupply, a new power supply will be sent to you with a local adaptor appropriate for the country of your ship to address.

Alternatively you can also contact Xbox Live Support by phone (Number for India is 000-800-440-1179 ) they should then also go over the same steps or guide you in the right direction if some things on the DeviceSupport website should be unclear.

If you have an Xbox One S or X you need a power converter from US supply (110V) to UK supply (220-240V)

The S and X are multi voltage, so all you actually need is a plug adaptor, or new cable. If it is the Original Xbox One, you will need a new external power supply as stated

The power outlet in Japan is 100V 60Hrz and in Egypt it's 220V 50Hrz.. do I need power converter?

Hi seliem I have the same problem about the power cord its voltage is 125 v which is different from the 220v voltage in Egypt and I was hoping from you to tell me what have you done to solve this problem, did you buy new power cord compatible with 220 v and where can i get one ?

I'm asking that does the 125 v power cord is compatible with 220 v outlet or not?

In most cases, the power adaptor is usually fried and now unusable. In the best case, if you try to use it with a stepdown converter, it just won't work.

In the worst case, the damaged power adaptor can catch fire.

So do NOT use this power adaptor anymore!

Instead, import the power adaptor from a European country like France or Germany, that use plugs that are compatible with the

Type C plug used in India.

Or simply import the power adaptor from ANY 220/230V country, and use any power cord that is able to plug into the

C17/C18 plug of the European power adaptor.

Keep in mind, that you can't usually buy the power adaptor separately in stores. So you need to contact the European support and hope they can send you a replacement power adaptor to India.

Should you still consider getting a stepdown converter, make sure the converter can sustain at least 200 Watts of power!
