    Where to buy a new AC power cord?


    Hi all,

    As you know an Xbox One's power supply is comprised of 2 parts - a power cord that get plugged into a socket, and the actual power brick. I recently lost the cord (but still have the brick with me), and the Microsoft store doesn't seem to be selling those
    components separately (I don't have the money to afford another power brick). Is there anywhere I can buy another standalone AC power cord? Thanks!!

    2nd : 240 kw , 12 A

    Which one should i buy ????

    Simular style Old PC/Monitor cord like that would be hard to find. Might check Ebay for an Xbox One Power cord OP but other than that. I've no idea.

    You want to order the AC cord, or the whole power supply including the power brick?



    A PC power cord should work as an AC cord replacement. I've used one before on the more modern supplies that do not have a center notch in the power receptical (non-203w power supplies.



    The whole power brick can be ordered from Microsoft on myservice.xbox.com. Start a repair and one of the options is to buy a replacement power brick. They're about $30.

    AC cord just shorted out and burned a hole into the cord. It will now take almost 3 weeks to get a new AC cord not even the whole power brick just the cord. I left sony and I am now starting to think it was the worst choice of my life.

    Its a common ac connector uses wirh most consumer electronics
