Where should I buy my Xbox One?

I am currently living in South Korea and I am planning on moving to America.

There will be some time until I move to America, so it would be very difficult to postpone purchasing Xbox One in Korea.

I have heard that Xbox One Games have no country code or region code so it would be able to play any games on the console even if the purchase place is different but what I have heard is that the digital games that I could download are region locked. It
is really difficult for me to decide rather to buy the Xbox One console here in Korea or buy the console a couple of years later when I go to the States.

What I am wondering is that would there be a lot of difficulties in using the system if the purchase place and the actual using place is different? and can I change the regional code or migrate my Xbox Live ID to another region??

I'm pretty sure you can just set yourself up as located in America and use the American store, so you will pay in $ and then have no problems when you move there. Not 100% but I know you don't have to live in the same country as you set up on your box

If you're going to be in South Korea long enough then buy an XBox ONE and enjoy the games.

Eventually you'll move. Probably the best thing to do will be to sell your South Korean XBox ONE and purchase a new one in the US.

Customer support will help you to move your profile from South Korea to the USA.

You do not have to sell your games as they are region free.

This is just a suggestion from me which I think will afford you the least amount of hassle.
