    Where on Microsoft site can I purchase XBox One OEM factory power supply?


    Power supply quit working. Purchased XBox One from big box store over a 1 year ago- so likely no warranty.

    Need replacement from Microsoft. Want OEM power supply, not ones available on AMazon.

    Can NOT find a Microsoft site or link, so I can buy replacement.

    Replace PSU for Xbox One

    I've never had to use it so I'm not sure how it works. I've also seen new power supplies on Amazon and ebay that are suppose to be OEM units

    You'll need to login with your MS account, and have your console registered (if it's not already).

    You can no longer get OEM power supplies from Microsoft for the Xbox one, they do not make them anymore and they are not in the inventory. Your only option is a third party power supply

    My specific issue is my power supply went bad. I called Microsoft, not for support, not for repair service but to purchase a NEW oem power supply. I received a 40 dollar USED power supply. I could of purchased a used power supply at a pawn shop for half
    that price.

    I'm one of Microsoft's Insiders and an avid gamer, with regards to the power supply, please know the Microsoft stopped including them in the Microsoft store for purchase. However, you can still purchase them on online retails shops like Amazon or Ebay. Just make sure to look for the OEM Power Supplies.
