    Where my credit for RE7?


    Hi , I preorder resident evil 7 biohazard , which was my 3rd punch for lost months promotion , I was told that I would get my 15,000 credits once the game was released ... could you look into this ?

    We see that you were Rewarded for Watch Dogs 2 and Dishonored 2. However, you only had two MicrosoftStore.com preorders in November, so you did not receive a third Credit event.

    We are currently working on a hotfix for an error correctly awarding punches for certain purchases of Resident Evil 7. Once this error has been resolved, and we can confirm your Credits have been awarded, we'll update this thread! Apologies for the inconvenience
