Where is the Wireless Display app and how do I get it?

I read about the Preview program in 2015 allowing the use of the Wireless Display app. It is now October 2016 and I still can't find it. I search in the Store and it doesn't come up. Has it been released? If so, how do I install it?

    Thank you

    :)

    Wireless Display App

    Hello,

I recently watched the below YouTube video discussing the Wireless Display app for Xbox One:

The only information I can find regarding how to get the app is: You can get the Wireless Display app via the Quest titled "Extend your screen." Start the quest to be taken to the Xbox Store page to start your download.

I'm not sure what the Quest is and I can't seem to find the Wireless Display app on my system or from the available apps to download. Does anyone else have this app and know where to get it?

    Thanks!

    Xbox one

So the answer is yes. The term "Wireless display" is sort of a misnomer. The display isn't actually wireless, it's more like Remote Desktop, where you're controlling the PC on a different device without the display DIRECTLY (where the wireless part comes
    in) connected to the device.

So this article loosely outlines how it works. You'll need the Wireless Display app installed on the PC and the
Xbox One, and they'll need to be connected to the same local network. You'll connect the two in the app, and then control the PC via the app. A mouse and keyboard hooked up to the Xbox One are the best methods for controlling that, but you could put your
PC in Big Picture mode if you want to control it more easily that way.

It's more like reverse streaming via the Xbox App, but using the Wireless Display app, so it won't be a wireless display, per se, but it will need to be wired to your Xbox.

Let us know if you have any problems or questions in trying to get that set up, and we'll be happy to help!

Any idea how do I get the wireless display app? I read that it is a preview only app. Has it really been a preview only feature since April?

Any idea when it'll be available to everyone?

Can someone send me a preview invite?

Please Send Me Invitation To Be a Beta Tester

This is what support told me to do.

This it's absolute bull. I just want to use the wireless display app that has been only accessible to beta testers since April. How long does it take to approve an app and allow the public to use it. There is nothing wrong with the app, even if there was
it should have been fixed in the last 5 months and released already. They had no problem releasing Windows 10 without proper driver updates, buttons wireless display app still isn't available to the public. Most likely because it might affect their sales of
    their window hdmi dongle!

RELEASE THE WIRELESS DISPLAY APP ALREADY!
