Where is the Ultra Edition?

I hope you guys get this resolved soon; the community here in the US would love to see what kind of material and new tech you guys find in your play throughs. I'd imagine this will come in a major big update.

I guess the game could be bought from another region's marketplace, but like I said before I believe you need the local credit cards or Windows Live cards to buy them. Getting an UK credit card is out of the question, the Windows Live cards can be very overpriced
if bought abroad (checked ebay and it looks pretty sick) and the funds from your own region don't transfer to the new one. All in all, it would save us a lot of trouble if we just got the game on our own marketplaces.

FinchoMatic: Thanks! Hopefully the October update or Season 2 will fix this. Although nothing is certain since there's been no word from Microsoft so far.

So yeah. I DL:d the game today. Was hoping to get started. Got annoyed when I could only rate the ultra edition and nothing more.

Then searched the webs a little, I found very few hits about this.

Maybe Microsoft have missed it, or maybe they want people to go "ah darnit I can't wait for this, I'll download CB-pack now and upgrade later for additional money that MS gain on and I lose."

It's been a while and no fix and no mention about it from MS, this is not a very nice thing to do.

I know right? There's very little about this on the internet. None of the major gaming websites seem to have any news on this, which kinda makes us feel insignificant.

 

I bought a xbox one today and i wanted to buy the killer instinct ultra edition in the Netherlands xbox marketplace but it's not there. Please Microsoft fix this.

I'm assuming the latter is because the first Killer Instinct is rated higher than the new one, and along with a lot of violent titles it won't be sold in germany. I'm also assuming that doesn't mean the accessories and costumes will remain unavailable.

This really DOES make it seem like a mistake, however, and not at all the deliberate region restriction that Xbox support kept repeating like robots.

Indeed it does seem like a mistake. The Xbox support propably had no idea what was going on so they just went with that answer.

Yeah, it's depressing. I posted on the official forums, and a Microsoft Studios representative re-iterated that they're looking into it.

Yeah, same in Sweden. No Ultra edition or costumes/accessories for 1 still, though. Dat Jago costume tickles my nostalgia so hard, and they keep flaunting it in my face through the meld menu, and won't let me buy it.
