    No explanation on the app or anywhere else I've looked, just this "Not Available" button. I couldn't even find the game with the search function or any other way before, I only found this today when the banner for the game was on the home page.

    I posted the same yesterday, for many games over the months just missing including Gotham Knights, it is definitely a regional thing but i don't know why.

    Why is this region locked and why did we find that out here? The official announcement didn't say anything about that so I was looking forward to it. Feels like people in my region (Asia) are being excluded for no good reason. And now I have to hear it second hand on the forums?

    Try searching for the game on the Microsoft Store, it usually says download from Xbox app, if you select that button, it should take you to the version on the app that you can download.
