    I went through all numbers and have my 4 cards up. message said go to rewards screen but I don't know how. If I try to leave to go to social, etc it says I will lose everything I have played?

    Countdown Freeze with 2 Bingos left.

    All numbers called, all bingo cards filled and bingos claimed, then a message about "no more numbers" or something like that (I did not take enough notice to remember exactly what it said) then it said to check the reward screen. How do I do that? Where
    is it? The game is frozen and I can only get out by abandoning the game. Microsoft should include an option to stop a game in progress and collect any rewards gained to that point. This is the second time in two days that this has happened to me.

    AT THE END OF MY GAME, I WAS GETTING ALL BINGOS UNTIL ALL THE NUMBERS WERE DRAWN.... MESSAGE ON SCREEN SAID TO SEE REWARD PAGE. COULDN'T MOVE ANY WHERE OR GO ANY WHERE. AND MY SCREEN IS FROZEN!!!!! WHAT'S MY REWARD AND WHERE IS IT?????

    I just experienced the same problem. This needs to be fixed. We enjoy Bingo, but it is discouraging to get all Bingos and then lose the rewards because the screen is locked.

    Bingo game ends and freezes not going to points/earned points&powerups

    about an hour ago I played a game of bingo, and just like this morning it froze after selecting end game instead of an additional 5 more numbers. Every time it froze it was after choosing 5 more numbers a few times and end game on the 3rd or 4th time-it
    freezes. however on the game I played at about 8:30 pm I had 22 bingos and 1 power number, several keys and suitcases and it froze, I did not receive the points earned, nothing it froze for about 20 minutes, made all the other programs I had open unresponsive,
    went to a blank screen and took me shutting the computer down for any response from my PC. I really wish the hang times and glitches would be fixed or a bingo for Windows 10 be provided. just wow

    From the very beginning,

    Valid bingos are not scored. In fact, in my case: my bingos are counted in the end of game reward; they are reported in list of all bingos to the left of the screen during a game; but they produce not a "Bingo" happy picture, but a red cross and 10s delay
    as if there was no bingos on field. Auto-bingo also does not seem to work (not sure in this point, as soon as I can't say what is normal behavior, but no "Bingo" picture also).

    XBox connection is established, Facebook is not used.
