Where is the option to restart the same game in Spider Solitaire?

In the old versions of Solitaire, if you got to the end of the game but couldn't solve it, there was an option to restart at the beginning of the same game so you could try again. I can't find that option in the Windows 10 version, but when you click on
"New Game", the warning that comes up says "quitting or restarting
this game counts as a loss in your statistics."

Okay, fine. I don't care about my statistics, I just want the challenge of solving a game. In the past I've worked on the same game for
days before finding a solution, and I rarely give up on something that ultimately proves to be unsolvable. (I play four decks, random deal.) It's a personal challenge, okay? ; )

So how do I restart the same game?

Spider troubles

I have had issues with spider. When I move a stack, the game ends and restarts a new game. This started on Sept 20

and has continued with spider only.

Spider Solitaire

Select spider game. Go to "settings". Select "game options".

 

I found this answer on someone else's post. Sorry I can't remember who it was, but it worked for me after blank screen for 4 days.

First go to "settings" (the settings on your main computer not solitaire game settings) and select "apps"

under "apps and features" find the Microsoft Solitaire Collection app and click on it

you will see "Advanced Options" in blue, click on that link

you will then see the "Reset" and click on it.

When you first go back to the game it will ask something about using this PC previously, just select yes

I didn't lose any information on previous games...

It worked for me.

I think I used a bad choice of words. I'm actually asking if there's a way to
replay a game. I'm going to edit my question to phrase it better.
