    Where is the game that comes with the bundle?


    Got the XBOX ONE Gears of War Ultimate Edition bundle. I cannot for the life of me figure out where the game is or how to get it. Can someone with experience help me? I'm completely lost...

    Where is this email that is suppose to come with the ban?

    Same, no email. No reason for my ban, wasted money, screwed over, Microsoft, LEARN.

    Where is this email that is suppose to come with the ban?

    I have not got any email yet stating my xbox was banned. I was told over the phone from xbox customer service that I should have gotten a email. yet nothing. So where is this email??? this is not a legit banning.

    You have to read thisto make sure your qualify

    Key points your must be over 18

    If you live in Germany Japan or China you don't qualify

    You must play online and get one acheivment and it has to be a public profile so they can see it by the 31st

    That being said you have to live in an xbox live region and it has to match your account region or you cannot redeem all the codes due to the regional locks

    If you qualify and have a matching account region to your actual region then you just have to wait for the code waves and redeem the codes when you get them

    If you don't have an matching account region your will receive an regional. Errors for gears 1 & 3 and you can't redeem them fill you match your region and it's the games that is region locked so a new code won't work

    The Gears of War Ultimate Edition game should be on a card in the console box. Scratch off the back of the card and enter the code on the console or on Xbox.com/redeemcode

    Where did you buy the game ? Usually game codes come in console bundles. Did you buy it separate ?

    I thought I got a year of Xbox Live With A "Day One" Console ...

    Papaya, that could be where the confusion is coming into it. Was there a "Day One" edition of the "Complete bundle"? It seems like the Complete Bundle wouldn't come with the code, whereas the Day One wouldn't come with the LIVE.
