Where is the deposit?

I submitted a request for 10,000+ credits on the 16th of last month, which should mean it gets deposited on the 15th of this month, right? I would have liked to use the credits towards the sale that ended yesterday, but since they weren't deposited....

You should try playing other platforms, if you don't already. There are plenty of those niche genres still around, maybe a little fewer but they're still there. You just have to look around a bit as most of them games you only hear about are the critically
acclaimed games and/or paid excessive amount of money on advertising. There are quite a few exclusives on the other platforms then Xbox at the moment, unfortunately.

Hello Hammrsigpi,

There is currently an internal issue with the data stored for your account which is preventing a deposit. Our deposit process cannot correctly determine the primary billable account to deposit into for your Microsoft Account, and thus aborts the process.
This is an issue that we are working on resolving with another team since we are not able to fully access the database containing billable account information. At the moment, we have not received an estimate on when this problem will be resolved. We apologize

The Credits were converted and deposited as currency into your Microsoft Account. You can see this deposit event from your MyStatement on the MyRewards page, where the deposit occurred on the 12th. You can view this deposit as an actual currency transaction
from your commerce page at (https://commerce.microsoft.com/), where it will be listed as a refund with a negative amount.

We only schedule a deposit automatically at 5000 or more pending Credits. Since you only had 2115 Credits at the end of October, no deposit was scheduled. In fact, we see that you only had 17,049 Credits at the end of November, which is where we dated your
payback for that month. Since pending Credits require one deposit cycle to process. A general rule of thumb is Credits pending on the 1st through 15th will be deposited in the end of month deposit. Credits pending on the 16th through the 31st will be deposited
in the mid-month deposit the following month. Therefore, this will not be deposited until the mid-December deposit. Additionally, you can review all Credit and deposit events from your MyStatement on the MyRewards page, where you can see your Credit events.

Support will double check it, but when you check the billing site for your deposits, make sure you're checking your returns. That's where it would show the deposits.
