    So I have 364GB to use on my console and my games and apps only combine to around 330GB but my xbox says I’ve used 99.9% of my storage, how does that make any sense?

    I'm sorry you are experiencing issues with your storage.

    - Are you also taking into account the storage space taken by captures and clips?

    - Although not very common, sometimes games can become corrupted and continue to take up storage space even after being uninstalled. May I ask if you've had any trouble with a game not launching or its installation stopping lately?

    All memory is what they say it is. Like 7GB becomes less do to a format and system information setup that's when it gets that info becomes like 6.5GB
