where is my star?

I received an email on febuary 2nd stating if i spend $100. before the end of the month i would be bumped up a star on myVIP. allowing me to receive 6% back on purchases. I have since spent $200. and have not received my star. I did realize that xbox
gift cards do not count so my first $100 did not count?! (which is garbage) I do not have a credit card so this was my only way of meeting the goal. i then realized maybe a visa gift card might do it. so i purchased one of those and spent another $100+ in
the market place. Please Help Me! I have an extensive purchase history with microsoft, as my acct will show. All I am asking is that someone take a look and fix this for me. This was a great incentive that really made me spend some money and would interest
me in spending more if i receive my bonus star. However, if there is some other loop hole or catch I will be extremely disappointed, due to how long this has taken to resolve and how much money i have spent. (multiple phone calls and transfers that have hung
up on me and people who have no ability to help. i hate doing things online i do not have a computer or convenient access to one.

Again, please help.

Same here, hoping everything will be able to be restored. I had like 20,000 Gamerscore, not cool if I seriously have to start over.

Call support, tell them that the tracking number is no good...... that's where I would start.

 

Support will check into it, but payment method doesn't matter. So purchases made using currency from gift cards do count. Subscriptions, in-game consumables, and preorders do not count.
