Where is my Spotify code from Gamepass????

I waited since december, contacted support and they told me to wait a bit. Till now still no code. Eventhough the trial is cheap, it dosen't mean you can just not send the code. With some games can't even launch, it shows how much microsoft don't care
about anything but money. I just want what's rightfully mine. Sorry to burst out but i'm really disappointed by this event.
