    where is my season pass?


    posted in support but no answer

    bought digital premium ed. which includes season pass, but season pass didnt download, not in download list in game mgmt, and store still says i need to buy.

    others in support threads for FFXV say they are having same issue, none that I found have got an answer from support regarding this.

    with the first DLC coming on Dec. 22 and to include exclusive content for season pass holders, this needs to be addressed now.

    what gives MS?

    Where is My Season Pass

    I preordered the digital deluxe bundle and paid for it. The update finally went through but says I have to buy the season pass. It shows as owned in the store as it WAS bought in the bundle. I either want what I paid for or my $106 backs. This is ridiculus!
    The lagging and dropping issues are bad enough, give me what I paid for or refund it.

    Can't download Final Fantasy season pass.

    This didn't really address the issue, especially with the above stated DLC 1 coming next Thursday, and without the season pass installed we will be missing out on content

    would very much appreciate an answer to this soon, will buy the SP again if I must, but will then be hounding customer service for the money back for the second purchase

  6. Same issue for me, after 3 hours speaking to MS support, they told me to speak to Square Enix, as they can see it is paid for and I own the license. I told them I will give them another 48 hours at which point I will initiate a chargeback with my bank, as
    I have paid for something which I have not received.

    The videogame industry gets away with things like this all the time. And quite frankly, it is disgusting.

    Yep, called MS myself, they said the same thing. I suppose I will try SquareEnix again as they pointed me back at MS already

    Ok, so this time I got a hold of someone at SquareEnix support who sounded like they knew what's up

    They said there is a known issue with the season pass "file" or tile as we see it, not showing that we own it in MS digital store. Also said this is not the only game that has this issue with season pass showing wrong, however...

    If we bought the digital premium edition it is embedded in purchase that we do own the SP and will show as avail. to download come Thursday when 1st update hits, so we should not miss the exclusive SP owners content and if issue does come up to indeed call
    SquareEnix support and advise.

    Thanks for the update! Everything is working fine for me now :) I downloaded my Survival Packs and the Season Pass shows up as already owned when I view it in the store. Glad this was fixed before the Banned Footage DLC is released :D
    No worries at all! Please let me know if you run into issues with accessing that stuff once it's released. :)

    Hey, guys!

    I want to thank you again for your patience. If you head over to the
    Season Pass
    page for RE7, you should see that it is no longer asking you to pay for it. You will not be able to download it on your console because of the way season passes work now, however you will have access to the content as it comes out.

    Additionally, all of your Survival Packs should now be showing up.

    Please let me know if you have any questions or concerns that we can address about this. If not, I hope you enjoy your game to its fullest extent now! :D

    Hey, guys!

    Sorry to see any issues with your Season Pass. There are a couple situations going on with that, and I'd like to clarify what's up. I switched your post to Support for clarity here. :)

    First, if you ordered the Deluxe Edition of Resident Evil 7 from the Xbox Store and did not have to redeem a token for the Season Pass content, you should have the entitlement for the Season Pass without issue. You can tell this by going to the product page
    for the
    Season Pass
    . As with most recent games now, you will not see the Season Pass in your ready to install until content comes out for it. At that time, you will be able to install the content through Resident Evil 7's Manage game section.

    However, if you redeemed a code for the Season Pass instead, it will look like you need to purchase it separately when you click that link above. That is something we are currently working on with the proper teams. We will keep you updated on the situation
    as we get new details to share in

    Lastly, the Survival Packs. We are aware that they are not showing up after redeeming the code and also actively working on that. Updates for that will also be in the above sticky.

    Hopefully this puts your minds at ease to know that we've got your back right now. We do not work weekends here on the forums, so if you notice a change over the weekend but don't see an update from us, that would be why. Please post in here if you're all

    Your post is more reassuring than anything I've heard from Xbox Chat Support or Capcom Support over the past week so hopefully the issue is resolved before February 21st. I'm also having issues with the Xbox store wanting to charge me for the season pass
