Where is my rewards deposit?

hey, I'm trying to find out how to use my $11.20 that was deposited into my account on may 24th. I contacted support, they only said the credit was there, but it doesn't show up anywhere as it usually does so that I can use it. Can someone help me out here?
I'd like to make a purchase during the sale this week.

I want my Rewards Credits being turned to my local currency. It didn't do it automatically. My GT is and i lIve in México.

I have a question about my rewards. I bought a game last month for apart of a monthly mission Challenge for September that was worth 15,000 credits. I am trying to figure out where it could be? it’s not showing up in pending or anything. I
preorder NBA2K18 before the due date could you clarify for me the process of getting my credits, please and thank you!

 

When you make a purchase on the Xbox store, you should see an option to use your Microsoft account balance. That is what you would need to use as your payment method to use the currency on your account.

 

"should see". I know, there's usually an option, but I'm not getting that option, that's the issue, and support doesn't seem to know either. I was hoping they would just refund that amount on my last purchase. Or better yet, allow me to use it for my next.

 

It could also depend on what you're trying to buy. If you're trying to by a 360 game on the One or xbox.com, your Microsoft account balance won't be an option.

 

360 games have worked before, but no, it's not an option anywhere. I think when I signed up for the free week game pass it nulled my Microsoft cash or something, cause it showed up then as an option but was greyed out. Ever since then it hasn't showed up.
I just want my credit back so I can use it. *Sigh* u stoled muh money!

Unfortunately, once Credits are deposited and leave our program, we can no longer manipulate them in any way. We can confirm a deposit of 11,200 (11.20 USD) on May 24th on your MyStatement. If you do not see this deposit as a refund with a negative amount
on your commerce page at (Sign in to your Microsoft account) into your Microsoft Account, you would need to contact billing support at (support.xbox.com/contact-us). Apologies for the inconvenience.
