WHERE IS MY REPLACEMENT XBOX ONE? LOST? Customer service is no help!!!

Shipped for repair on 10-28-14 for disk read errors. Email from Xbox stating new replacement Xbox was shipped on 11-6-14. Email did provide FedEx tracking which stated and still reads as of 10-17-2014. "Not found This tracking number cannot be found, please
check the number or contact the sender." I've live chatted with customer service and called and same answer I get is we cant do nothing since item shows shipped.

Live chatted with Nathan on 11-11-14 he advised "Nathan: I can assure you that you will have your console within 24 to 48 hours Shawn, What we can recommend is the you check the tracking number time to time, and I an sure that there just
a delayed in updating the tracking number and you will have the status of your console."

Called customer service on 11-13-14 supervisor Jose said, "someone would contact me back in 24 hrs." No contact back! Also said he could give me 2 free months of Xbox live. Which does nothing for someone with no Xbox. Which I'm sure I wont receive.

Called back to customer service on 11-14-14 he advised me to call back on Monday or Tuesday if no tracking info shows up, he also state I could escalate my service order on the 10th day from when I received the shipping email.

This is the worst experience with any company's customer service. I've been a long time PlayStation guy even sold ps4 for Xbox one which I know regret doing!

I would say someone needs to resend another Xbox one. Since it is lost or hasn't been shipped in 11 days since tracking email. If someone from Xbox would like to talk to me you have my email and phone number.

Incompetent Customer Service

I just now received an email today (Jan 2, 2015) informing they have received my Xbox One. Tracking shows they received it on December 24th, 2014. Good thing I contacted Xbox on the 30th. The email says my replacement console will be sent shortly. Ummmmm,
I don't want a replacement console, I want my console after its repaired. I'm going with, they lost mine. Hope this isn't the case.

 

LOCKED: Console ban

I was also banned and want to know ASAP the reason since the customer service line is no help. I was in the middle of a madden game and i have a console ban now i want a replacement xbox no mods no tampering or nothing.

 

Have you called FedEx with your tracking number? It is possible they do have it but haven't updated their tracking. They will at least be able to verify they collected it from Microsoft.

Called fedex they don't have it!

 

I know you have called and spoken with support via live chat, so me telling you to call them back may be annoying. Your Service Order does NEED to be escalated. I couldn't tell you what happened but support should be able to help . I think requesting a
supervisor wouldn't be such a bad idea. If you have written correspondence (Emails) keep em handy, so you can provide as much information as possible.

 

It can take an additional 6+ days before your xbox one is actually picked up and scanned...my personal experience is that support is unaware that when the email is sent the product waits with other product until they have enough consoles to fill a truck...then
FedEx comes.

not sure if its an xbox thing or Fedex but thats the delay. if youve been waiting lnger, assume the truck still isnt full.

I checked the tracking number that you posted, and it appears that it will arrive at your place on 11/20. If you do not have it delivered on that date, please post back in here and we'll look into our next steps for you.

Again, I am incredibly sorry to see that it's taken so long for the system to update. The email was likely sent when the shipping label was created, not necessarily when the console shipped, and that is probably why they were unable to find it. I do hope
to see a post from you on the 20th stating you got your console and you're up and running! Thanks so much for your post, and we look forward to an update from you.

 

I have the same problem received email that it was shipped via fed ex tracking number
[Mod Removed] 8 business days later fed ex still shows not found. What gives with waiting for a full truck to ship the console back? I paid 550 for the day one edition and no help on finding out where or when I will get it back

 

I am currently in the same case as the author of this post. Sent my device on October 28th in hopes of receiving my console back in time for Halo: MCC if I purchased the expedited shipping. I received the email stating that my Xbox was shipped on 11/7 and
today 11/19, my tracking number still says it is unknown. I called FedEx, they do not have the tracking number I was given in their system.
