Where is my redeem code

I purchased a Call of Duty Adv Warfare season pass for grandson. I made the purchase on my PC. I have a confirmation # for the purchase but now we have no idea how to get the pass onto his xbox live console. Do not have a redeem code

Need help redeeming my xbox live code

I tried redeeming the code in my browser on my computer using these instructions, big mistake. It said "thank you, you redeemed your code" and then exited me out. No gamertag registration whatsoever. I thought the whole point of redeeming my code was to create a gamer tag, but no just exits me out. I then tried redeeming my code on my xbox (so that I could create the gamer tag) and it said "sorry, code already redeemed."

so what the... what do I do now?

Stoopid question, but with everyone now having NXE, the instructions on the back of the manual are out of date, so where on earth do i go to redeem the code as i can no longer find an option called 'redeem code' will it work if i just select any song to download and then enter the code there? or is there an option within RB2 to redeem the code(not seen on if there is)

 

You login on the console with the profile you used to purchase it and download it

If you bought it from a third party retailer you will have to contact them

 

This website doesnt issue codes since there is no third party

It goes onto the account it is purchased on and all profiles can use the mappacks on the same console

However the ingame guns thatncome with the season pass are profile specific

I appreciate the advice I received. But my problem is not resolved. I cannot access the Redeem code. First,I do not have an xbox. I purchaseed the Call of Duty season pass for my grandson for Christmas.. Could I log on to his xbox360 and receive the redeem
code.. then he'll be able to have the season pass.? My son-in-law said that if I load the pass on my grandson's xbox using my logon, he will lose the games that he has already loaded. I know this is confusing, but I'm at my wit's end. I've tried Chatline with
MS and was never connected. Thank you for your help.

 

There is no code. When you purchase content from Xbox it is tied to the account you purchase it with. So the season pass would be tied to your account. In order to purchase it for your grandson you would need to sign into his account and then make the purchase.

You would need to try contacting support to see if they can refund the purchase so you can purchase it on his account.
