    im so upset! I purchased 2000 Zen in NeverWinter on XBOX ONE(10tn june)I have purchased and got the confirmed email from Micrsoft.but my purchase isnt reflect in game evev now!!!How should i be? anyone answer me how to solve this trouble.

    Hello , I will kindly advise you to get in touch with the Developer of the game : Cryptic Studios and check to see if they are able to provide you the points inside the game. If you have received the confirmation email for the transaction it means that
    it was successful but the 2000 ZEN points were never added to your in game account.

    Just to give you a heads up the Xbox is just the platform you are using to play the game it's not the game publisher so for all in game issues that you might have in the future contact the publisher/developer of the game, and check with the Xbox Support

    @Infusion thx for advising my trouble.my paid money is still not reflect in game.what going on?? i checked my XBOX transaction,payment is completede in XBOX.i think XBOX would be have trouble.because other guys is having same trouble.I wanna return my money!!!

    Hello,

    The only add-on's for the game Minecraft are Skin Packs (1-2), it's not stated anywhere that there are any sort of tool add-on's. These skins are the only things that can be used in game to change your characters appearance.

    Everything else available to download for Minecraft are Themes (only viewable on the dashboard), Picture Packs (only viewable on a players profile), and Avatar items (only viewable on a players dashboard avatar, a friend's list, or on XBOX.com)

    The item you are referring to Minecraft Tool's is a part of a Gamer Picture Pack. These gamer pictures cannot be accessed from inside the game and can be changed to customize a profile on the XBOX 360 Dashboard.

    Dashboard > Settings > Profile > Edit Profile > Gamer Pictures > The following should be listed as apart of this picture pack:

    Bow & Arrow, Fishing-rod, Diamond Pickaxe, Diamond Sword, and TNT! Boom!
