I posted my support question and concerns regarding an ongoing case with XBL support and rewards support. I was in the process and discussion with a support member and now my post is gone...AGAIN..! Can someone please help and provide me my missing 15,000
points..????

CoD wont start: Error 0x87e0012d

My son received an XBOX one for Xmas and he chose to load Gears of War 4, then we get the same error as this thread 0x87e0012d. When talking to Microsoft Chat, they said that we should uninstall and re-install. It took 5 days to download so not a good
option, second option was to remove my account, powercycle and then add my account again. Waste of time, my son is now in deep depression as his Xmas present does not work. Did anyone get a resolution to this error?

Kinectimals downloaded : where is the bears ?

Hi,

I just downloaded Kinectimals. When I click to the link, the first page present Kinectimals whit bears, but when I purchase for download, the version is without, the bears. I must purchase 1200 points again for the bears.

My daughter want the bears !!!!

As stated, in order to receive the 15,000 credits, the game had to be preordered as a physical disc from microsoftstore.com. If you did that, the credits will be added as pending about 10-15 business days after the game shipped. If you preordered digitally,
your purchase would not be eligible for that offer.

Also, it can take a few days to receive a response from Rewards support.

I didn't act as a salesman and i didn't want to spam. This is the second time i'm gold and this is the second thime that i posted this type of discussion. This is because i did one month of membership to time. Sorry if i open this thread i only wanted use

I was told to post this here by support because I was told members of Microsoft support monitor these boards. I’ve already done troubleshooting on my device. Was assured it was an XBOX Live issue. I made multiple calls to support, was put on hold until the
line went dead a couple of times and then told to come here in chat support. Im not sure where else to go from here. If anyone could assist, my problem is still present.
