Hi MoabitaGamer. To qualify for the Microsoft Store Pre-Order offer, purchases made to be made from microsoftstore.com as a pre-order. Your purchase of Battlefield 1 was not from microsoftstore.com and was not a pre-order. Your Forza Horizon 3 purchase was
purchased at microsoftstore.com, but again was not a pre-order.

Where is my points?

I check my Xbox Live Reward points but it won't let me see how much points I've earned for the past few months now.

It's not fair. I just wanna how many points I had gotten to get myself a game, that's all.

I bet baseball or NBA streets homecourt would be nice right now!?!

And talk the Resident Evil ORC or Final Fantasy XIII or XIII-2.

Could you guys do something about my points? It's not a rip off it is what you guys said about unlocking achievements to get enough points to buy a game, right?

Come on you guys, what'da you say? Hmmm?

From the FAQ on Vault Credits:

I claimed Rewards Credits from the vault. When will I receive them?

If you claim Rewards Credits from the MyVIP Vault, they should appear as pending in your account within 96 hours. Once they are pending in your account, the normal deposit process kicks in. Generally if you have over 5,000 Rewards Credits pending in your
account in the first half of any given month, that amount will be converted to your local currency and deposited into your Microsoft account on or around the 30th of that same month. If the Credits show as pending in the second half of the month, that amount
will be deposited into your Microsoft account on or around the 15th of the next month.

Please note you need at least 5,000 Rewards Credits pending to automatically trigger a deposit, though you can request a deposit for the next scheduled date as long as you have 1,000 Credits pending. Also, if you have ongoing issues with us depositing
into your account, such as your account not matching up with your billing location, you might want to consider choosing a different prize from the vault, as we won’t be able to deliver your Rewards Credits until the deposit issue is resolved.

We see that you received this deposit on March 8th. Those funds are currently in your Microsoft Account, which you can review this from your commerce page at (https://commerce.microsoft.com/), where they will
be listed as a refund with a negative amount.

These points were sent via email. Please verify what email account you have on file with Xbox (not necessarily your WLID) and also check the spam folder of that email account.

As Smwutches says, the only offer we have to receive 15,000 points for each individual pre-order is our MicrosoftStore.com offer for hard (disc) copy purchases. Since your purchases were digital, they did not qualify for that offer. Regarding your payback
for the month of September, this would have normally happened by the 15th. However, issues with MyVIP processing has caused us to delay this payback to the end of the month to ensure that users are appropriately Rewarded at the correct MyVIP level. Apologies
for the confusion.
