    where is my old gamerpic?


    I Unlocked a prop for my avatar, went to check it out and my gamer pic switch to my avatar. Now I can't go back to my original 360 gamer pic which was Snoopy from the comics that I got off a xbox game and have used for years, how do I get it back?

    If you were doing this on the One, there is no way to switch back to using 360 gamerpics because the system is different.

    You could try clearing your cache in the Memory section.

    This worked for me when I had a similair case where my Gamertag was showing a very old Gamerpic I changed from about a year ago. Once I cleared the cache, everyone could see my new Gamerpic rather than the old one.

    Update: The gamerpic I use is saved with Kinect right? Well after I set up my account and such with it, I changed my gamerpic. Now when Kinect shows my gamerpic (I.E. when it says "Couldn't sign in" and its supposed to show your gamerpic) It shows my old
    gamerpic not the new one.

    Just to clarify with my Gamerpic: when I'm signed into my profile and I goto my Home screen, where my Gamerpic should appear in the top left hand corner, I have the default image and where it should say my name/Gamertag to the right of the Gamerpic, it just
    say "Sign In".
