    Notifications bug

    so I have this recent bug on my app where I have one single notification that I can’t see so the app always has a 1 next to my notifications icon. How do I fix this?

    Hi,

    The notification button was removed with the new version of the Xbox app. The notification will now automatically pop-up if there's any notification available. You may also check your notification the Action Center. You can find the Action Center at the
    right bottom of your screen.

    free 3 months of xbox game pass notification gone

    I got the same notifications of three months of PC game pass for free via Windows 10 Notifications. I didn't click "redeem now", but clicked on the notification rectangle itself, and it just disappeared, as if I was trying to clear the notification. I can't find any sign of how where to locate this offer now.

    There is a setting in the settings app where you can turn notifications on or off.

    There are some known issues with notifications atm.

    If you're on the public build of the dashboard, there is an issue where you don't get a notification if someone joins your party - this has been fixed in an update pushed out to preview program members already, and will no doubt roll out to everyone else
    pretty soon (before the Xbox One X is released would be my guess).

    They're also currently investigating issues with message notifications.
