    Where is my new purchased jigsaw collection?


    I purchased with gold a new jigsaw collection with Microsoft Jigsaw Classic Jigsaw. I opened and completed one of the puzzles a couple days ago. Today, I cannot find the collection. I did download a few new free ones today, and those show in the classic jigsaw opening menu. Where is the one I actually purchased? I am certain I am in the correct profile, as I only have one. Additionally, I completed one of the starter collections and that one is still there.

    How can I get new collections of puzzles for Jigsaw Jam?

    Hey ZonateChalk421! You can purchase new collections in the classic jigsaw, the collections in jigsaw jam are the only ones available in that section. Thanks!

    After I read your reply, I reported to the link provided. After that, I ran another recent windows update. The collection I was missing came back long enough for me to complete another puzzle yesterday. Today the collection is gone again. The collection is Beaches. Please help

    this is where my issue started . i purchased the Iceland collection and when wanted to download my jigsaw crashes to desktop.

    now i can download any of my collectables and i cant play daily quests
