    i keep not getting my credits converted to money and wasn't able to use my vip perk points because you keep saying i didn't do my mission when i already sent you the proofs of it .

    from what the support team says my account is perfectly ok to get the money

    WHERE IS MY MONEY!!!!

    I've asked at least 17 times where the **** my VIP rewards are from LAST MONTH. I've gotten dozens of wrong answers from morons and money grabbing lazy scumbags. Can someone who can see my account fix this ASAP. I WANT MY MONEY NOW!!!!!

    I have not received my promotional code for Gears of War 4 Ultimate Edition. It was $10 gift code and it never came. I was trying to buy an add on for the first time since last year when there was no money in my account which led me to realize that there
    is no money and I never received a code. If I did, then I must have overlooked it. Regardless, I want my $10 since they are rightfully mine.

    i dont live in the united states so my credits still there for months and still no one converted them i will end with my money converted to points when they should be converted to money , the second thing is about the rewards team refusing to give me my
    vip perk points for something i made and i proved and that vip perk points make all the difference because i should have been able to trade my vip points for a prize and i am not because of this situation

    Apologies for the inconvenience. Since you have used a Microsoft Payment Account in multiple different regions, our deposit process is unable to complete due to being unable to determine which of these Microsoft Payment Accounts is valid. If Xbox Live Rewards
    is unable to deposit into your account for some reason, as long as you have not opted out to make the transition to Microsoft Rewards, any undeposited Xbox Live Rewards Credits and unredeemed MyVIP Gems will be automatically converted to Microsoft Rewards
    points and be added to your Microsoft Rewards account to redeem for whatever you choose from the Microsoft Rewards catalog.

    and why i only have this problem now ? all the other times i had the points they were converted with no problems and from what i know too from the support everything is perfectly fine to get my money , i dont want anything converted to points , i want my
    money just that.

    it is easy to say convert vip perks to microsoft points i have more than 200 points and i should have more than 300 which would give me at least 5,6 dollars , on microsoft rewards i would need almost 5000 points to get the same and i guess that is the reason
    why no one is getting anything because after everything gets converted to points you will need ore than 10 times the points to get something

    He will check all payments and make a refund if you are right ;)

    Credits are deposited by the following 15th or 30th of the month after you have at least 5,000 pending. So if you get to 5,000 between the 1st and 15th, they are deposited at the end of the month. If you get to 5,000 between the 15th and 30th, they are deposited
    by the 15th of the next month.
