    Where is my money on my Xbox Live Account?


    Just a few months ago I got a remaining value about more than 10,-€ on my account. Now, it is gone! Without any message from ms support, without any download or purchase from my side. So, even if this was an amount of old xbox live points and transfered
    to national currency, I want my money back!

    @MS Support: please, clarify the topic and charge back the value to my account.

    WHERE IS MY MONEY!!!!

    I've asked at least 17 times where the **** my VIP rewards are from LAST MONTH. I've gotten dozens of wrong answers from morons and money grabbing lazy scumbags. Can someone who can see my account fix this ASAP. I WANT MY MONEY NOW!!!!!

    I have not received my promotional code for Gears of War 4 Ultimate Edition. It was $10 gift code and it never came. I was trying to buy an add on for the first time since last year when there was no money in my account which led me to realize that there
    is no money and I never received a code. If I did, then I must have overlooked it. Regardless, I want my $10 since they are rightfully mine.

    commerce.microsoft.com/PaymentHub
    page and see if it shows any deductions there. If you go to

    commerce.microsoft.com/.../PaymentInstrument
    and click on the "Microsoft Account" selection, you will notice the following verbiage "You currently have [###] € in your Microsoft account with [###] € expiring within 30 days." There's a good chance that the
    10 € expired and, if that was the case, Microsoft Support may not be able to help you with that.

    There is no verbiage like you mentioned and also no deduction shown.

    Microsoft makes no guarantees to the quality of the service they provide (as can be seen in the excerpt from their Terms of Service I provided in my last post). Free or paid for it is the same. Again, be patient. Technical issues
    take time to correct. Coming here and being negative about it isn't helping anything.

    To add to Temhotabots post: If you used a 48 hour code, you didn't pay any money. 48 hour codes are promotional gift codes, that grant you a subset of the Gold service, without becoming a full gold member (as indicated by your still silver Gamertag in this
    forum).

    So if you actually paid someone money for a 48 hour code, you have been scammed.

    And if you didn't pay money, well, you didn't pay money, and shouldn't complain. You don't look into a gifted horse's mouth.

    So calm down, and wait until all is settled.

    3-Some technical issues take more than a few hours to resolve. Be patient. I'm pretty sure MS will make things right with everyone affected by this. Coming here and yelling, screaming, demanding isn't going to make the resolution
