    Hi,

    a month ago i bought 1 month of "Ultimate package" while i had still actived my xbox live gold. It's notified that when the gold included by ultimate package expired, started my gold. Now i saw that this account with gold was banned and, when i managed to
    login with my account, the gold was expired. I want a refund!!!

    PS. I HAVE NEVER USED ALSO A DAY OF GOLD

    It seems a lot of people are having this problem. It would be best to contact phone support so they can view your account. You can call 1-800-469-9269 US/Canada so they can assist you further.

    your showing as gold here - you can try deleting your profile ( profile only ) and then re downloading it.
