Where is my free 3 month Xbox live

so i brought 3 months xbox live and it was a deal where i buy 3 months and get 3 months free but have not got an email for the free 3 months and its been over a month

i bought 3 month and microsoft advertise that i will get 3 months free ... wheres my token my xbox live expires in 2 hrs ,and nothing this is false advertising and misleading

I purchased on the US Microsoft Store site on June 15 and still have not received the free three months either. Terms and conditions said 10 business days until I receive the code. It has been well over this. I have contacted various customer service
reps with always being told they cannot help me and sending me to different reps. I even contacted via Twitter for help. No resolution yet.
