    BUT I can't find it in XBOX......

    Verify that You're using the same account where you redeem the code.

    Also other options you can try it's go to store and search Forza 7.

    I would check you Order History To make sure it shows up there. If it's there then you should be able to see it on the ready to install section under My games
    and apps.

    Thanks for reaching out to the Forums for advice on how to find your game.

    I can totally understand how getting a game via a code and not being able to find it could be concerning.

    If you haven't yet, I would definitely make note of our support article entitled Find your games and add-ons on Xbox One.

    I also recommend trying to remove and then redownloading your account unto your console if you haven't yet by following the steps outlined in our How
    to add or remove a Microsoft account on Xbox One    .

    When you get a chance review the info on those pages, try those steps and let us know if that helped at all.

    Hi WengH,

    Sometimes restarting your Xbox helps. Hold the power on your Xbox for 10 seconds and after your Xbox turns back on see if the game is under your ready ti install list. If not, search the game via the Xbox store and see if you can download it from there.
    If you cant check your order history via your Xbox by doing this:

    View your Xbox purchase history on your Xbox One console

    1. To view your purchases, press the Xbox button to open the guide.
    2. Go to Settings > Xbox Assist > Help.
    3. Select Purchases & downloads > Purchases > How to get purchase history.
    4. Select Order history to view your purchases.
